This is the third time that we will meet at the creative industry conference, discovering how to cross the border between thinking and acting, how to transform good ideas into commercially successful products and how to reach people during the oversaturated information age. You will hear 20 inspirational stories about experience and success.
The moment of revelation happens automatically, it takes place after the storm, after a colourful and intricate path of changes. At that moment a revelation occurs – it might have been a story of failure or a story of success. As one story ends, a new one begins, and it is easier to overcome the challenges it brings with one’s own experience.
The day on which you realise that an inevitable choice is nearing. A decision that everyone makes on their own – to continue sinking or start something new. During this time of change, one’s road to the correct solution begins. The search is the basis of something new, unique and often daring.
When all of the usual things get turned on their head, something unprecedented begins – new processes and unforgettable feelings that form irreversible changes in everyone’s internal and external worlds. A bungee jump with no possibility of turning back or a walk through a dark forest, looking for a way out.
Experience will be shared by experts of their respective fields and internationally renowned practitioners. The lecturers will inspire, urge those present to ask questions and encourage everyone to dare.

A look back to the 2016 conference at the “Great Amber”.
Creativity lives in all of us, and a conference of this type with the respective people and ideas serves as a great impulse for stimulating it.
I believe that “Subject Creativity” has already become the most anticipated event of the year for people with professional ambitions – traditionally rich in inspiration, creative, practical and challenging. The same as we are ourselves. If we wish to be.
An event with the potential to become part of the awakening that Liepāja desperately needs. At the same time, there is a huge responsibility to ensure that the event does not become yet another place for the elites to engage in self-flattery. The story is not about creativity, but about acting.
